A very pleasant experience dealing with them. Graham picked me up from the station and took me to the garage where he allowed me to check over the car I was intending to buy. We had a coffee and a chat about the car, went for a test drive and completed the deal, all in a relaxed and friendly manner. I had a look round at their stock of vehicles, all pristine and well presented. As I said, all done in a relaxed manner, the way car sales should be done. I also met Martin, who I think is the owner, turned out we had similar interests so he took the time to have a chat. All in all, I can't fault them. Great service.

Excellent garage to deal with Graham the sales person was absolutely fantastic nothing was to much trouble and friendly,They don’t pressure you when looking at cars and left alone to look I would recommend this garage as they were good to deal with, very happy with the car we bought

14/01/2020 We would thoroughly recommend Monument Garage. What a refreshing change. Martin is easy to deal with and there was never any pressure regarding the sale, part exchange or finance. The car was well described & presented. It had also been serviced at the main dealer prior to going on sale. It took us a month to make the decision to buy. We're both very pleased with our purchase. I recommend Monument Garage if you are looking for a change of vehicle or first purchase, they have a range which includes most categories of cars and have something to cater for most budgets. My introduction to the garage was via their comprehensive and very well produced web site as I searched for a Toyota MR2 Roadster. Advertised was a superb example accompanied with photographs which truly reflected the car and I was not disappointed when I viewed the car. I travelled over 70 miles from north Leicestershire and was greeted by Jonathan and Martin who gave me excellent service throughout. My purchase was not as high a value of some of the vehicles in the showroom but I believe that I received the same service as any other purchaser. So if Monument does not have in stock the car you are looking for at present, do keep visiting their web site or in person and I am sure that you will find the special car for you, as I did. The process of buying a car was made easy for us. Though we were not familiar with Monument Garage in Brigg, it was easy to find. The sales people were very helpful and spent plenty of time answering our questions. They gave us the price I was expecting for our part exchange vehicle, and also a competitive price on the new vehicle. PRAISE! PRAISE! PRAISE!: In a world where we are only too quick to complain and slow to praise, I would just like to say I have nothing but praise for the staff and the service recently received whilst buying a car from Monument garage. Nothing was too much trouble and at no point did we feel pressured although there was always someone on hand should you have any questions or need advice. Jonathan who handled our particular purchase made the whole process effortless, and kept us fully up to date with regards to the administration process every step of the way. One quick mention for the backroom boys! (the workshop team) After purchasing the car we had to return about a week later to get the number plates changed over, while Jonathan made us yet another welcome cup of coffee, the mechanic took the car and changed the plates returning the keys to us some 10 mins later. As we got back into the car we noticed that not only had he changed the plates in record time, but he had also hoovered out both front foot wells! Nice touch! Hi guys, submitting feedback on recent purchase of Mercedes 190. As a customer of Monument Garage would not have any problem buying from them again. People were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, bent over backwards to help. Accommodated the fact that I lived a long way away. Gave me all the information I needed about this vehicle which was all factual and correct.
